I am a semiretired man, exploring wider interests now I have the time. I am educated to doctorate level in science. I am a fit 60 yr old, and I run, cycle and row to keep fit.

Looking

I would very much like to find a special Russian woman to be my friend and lover. I want to speak more Russian. I believe a Russian girlfriend would be a loving, lovable, exciting prospect. Mutual respect and genuine affection would be important.

My interests

I am interested in improving my foreign languages back to a reasonable level of fluency again. I have always had an interest in Russians and their language, and I especially like the look and character of Russian women. I like going to the theatre. I prefer classical music to modern. My favourite authors include Jane Austen, Arthur Conan Doyle, Somerset Maugham, Bill Bryson. I have an astronomical telescope.
